1. Acceptance

By creating an account on PerguntaProProfessor ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Minimum age

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be removed without prior notice.

3. Nature of the service

The Platform offers conversations with coaches powered by artificial intelligence. Responses are generated automatically and do not replace professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, financial, or sports-related). Use the information at your own risk.

4. Plans and billing

• The free plan has a daily message limit, as shown in the dashboard.
• Paid plans (weekly, monthly, semiannual) renew automatically.
• Cancellation can be done at any time in the dashboard. Access remains until the end of the already paid period. There is no proportional refund unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or offensive purposes;
• Try to bypass message limits, create accounts in bulk, or automate access;
• Extract, resell, or redistribute coach responses at commercial scale;
• Enter sensitive third-party data without authorization.

6. Generated content

You are responsible for what you submit. We reserve the right to moderate, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or inside the Platform with reasonable advance notice.
